Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you.

 

We understand that life can be unpredictable and that sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee.

  • Missed appointments (no-shows) will also be charged the full session fee.

  • Exceptions will be made for emergencies or sudden illness.
